Short version: this site does not use cookies, does not track you and does not ask for personal data.
What we collect
Trip2Georgia (trip2georgia.ge) is an information website. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts. We do not set cookies.
Data stored in your browser
To show exchange rates quickly, the currency page saves the latest rates in your own browser (local storage). This data stays on your device, contains no personal information and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.
Services your browser contacts
Some pages load live data directly from third-party services. When this happens, those services receive your IP address and basic browser information, as with any website visit:
- National Bank of Georgia (nbg.gov.ge): official exchange rates.
- ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com): backup exchange rates.
- Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com): current weather.
Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and to keep the site running.

We link to official airport, transport and government websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
